Assisted Hearing Services

Listening devices are available for use during events where the Resch Center's internal sound system is utilized. If you require a listening device, please call Ticket Star at 800.895.0071 at least 2 weeks prior to event day. Your device will be available at the box office when you arrive.

Camera Policy

The camera policy varies by event and is determined by the show or event in the complex. Since cameras are not allowed for all events, please call Ticket Star at 800.895.0071 in advance for more information. If cameras are allowed the only cameras allowed are small point and shoot digital cameras that can fit in your pocket.  Long lens, professional type cameras are NOT allowed.

Prohibited items in the Resch Center

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Anything that could be used as a weapon
  • Coolers
  • Bags measuring larger than 8.5 x 11 inches
  • Suitcases
  • Backpacks
  • Laser pointers
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Audio/Video recording equipment
  • Professional type cameras without proper authorization
  • Food and beverage carry-ins or beverage containers
  • Laptop computers/tablets/Ipads
  • Balloons
  • Spray String
  • Inflatables
  • Strollers
  • Smoking/vaping inside (smoking and vaping is allowed in designated area(s) outside)
  • Animals or pets of any kind unless they are a service animal or a service animal in training that qualifies as such under ADA guidelines

Fan Courtesy

We ask that all of our patrons demonstrate fan courtesy when attending events at the Resch Center. Improper conduct, including profane or abusive language and throwing objects, may result in ejection from the building. Repeated offenses could result in the loss of ticket privileges.

First Aid Locations

First aid facilities are available near section 211 on the upper level. Please ask the nearest usher or event staff person for assistance.

Ticket Star gift certificates are available at the Resch Center box office or by phone at 800.895.0071

Lost Children

Our staff has a detailed communication plan in case of a lost child. Child will remain with event staff until parents are located. If you are looking for a lost child or need assistance of any kind, please contact any of our Resch Center event staff members.

Lost & Found

Lost and found is located in the Ticket Star box office in the Resch Center. Articles are kept at the office for 30 days. For more information, please call 800.895.0071.


Parking is located at Lambeau Field. The parking lot can be accessed from Lombardi Avenue or Oneida Street. ADA/Handicapped parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and subject to parking fees as they apply. Be sure to review our Brown County Veterans Memorial Complex parking policy located in the "Plan Your Visit" section on this site.

Re-entry Policy

Some Resch Center events have a no re-entry policy. Once you leave the building during those events, you will not be permitted to return. Please be sure to ask one of the service staff members before leaving the building if you will be able to return.


Select guest services staff members offer free cell phone services for patrons. Please ask a staff member if you need to use a phone.


Ticket Star cannot offer refunds for any ticket purchases unless the event has been cancelled by the tour.

Security Policy

The Resch Center creates a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. Venue security personnel reserve the right to determine the method of security checks deemed necessary, including the use of metal detectors and the search of clothing and other items.

Smoke-free Building

The Resch Center is a smoke-free building. Smoking or the use of e-cigarettes inside may result in ejection from an event and/or an actual citation. The Resch Center has a designated outdoor smoking area for your convenience.

Special Needs

If you and your companion require special needs or ADA accessible seating, please call Ticket Star at 800.895.0071 or visit the Ticket Star box office in the Resch Center to ensure we can accomodate your needs. Weapons Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PMI Entertainment Group (PMI) prohibits all employees, customers, suppliers, vendors and all other persons from carrying any weapon on any PMI operated property or while acting as an agent or employee of PMI. PMI maintains the right to make an exception to this policy for suppliers, vendors and customers if the nature of a show or event calls for such an exception. For purposes of this policy, a “weapon” includes any implement, tool or device that is primarily designed to inflict injury or death to any person or animal. “Weapons” therefore include all firearms (loaded or unloaded), all knives in excess of three inches in length, certain chemical agents (tear gas or pepper spray), tasers and billy clubs.
Only law enforcement officers are authorized to carry a firearm on company premises.
If you know of a violation of this policy, contact your supervisor or Manager on Duty immediately. Employees who violate this polity will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Monday - Friday: 11am - 5pm

Day of Events: Until 8pm

Saturday & Sunday: The Ticket Star box office in the Resch Center will be staffed on Saturdays and Sundays only if the Brown County Veterans Memorial Complex (Resch Center, Shopko Hall, Brown County Arena) has an event happening or an event going on sale.

Resch Center Will Call

Will Call tickets in most cases are available to be picked up at the Ticket Star box office at the Resch Center any business day prior to the day of the event during office hours.  Some events may restrict the Will Call pick-up only on the day of the event.

On the day of the event, Will Call tickets will be available at the box office approximately two hours prior to the start of the event.

What is the Sensory Safe Zone?

PMI Entertainment Group is pleased to offer a Sensory Safe Zone at select shows/events.  If your loved one is struggling to cope with the performance, you may access the Sensory Safe Zone rather than leave the facility completely.


Features include:

  • A quiet, stimulant-free area located in the Rotunda area of the Resch Center
  • Equipped with fidgets, weighted blankets and other quiet activities
  • A live feed of the performance will be playing (when available) so you can enjoy the rest of the show
  • A staff-free area for privacy, but our guest services team will be nearby if you need anything
  • Sunglasses and noise-canceling headphones are available to check out prior to event
  • A script of the show (when available) so you can prepare your loved one for what will happen and when
