Assisted Hearing Services
Listening devices are available for use during events where the Resch Center's internal sound system is utilized. If you require a listening device, please call Ticket Star at 800.895.0071 at least 2 weeks prior to event day. Your device will be available at the box office when you arrive.
Camera Policy
The camera policy varies by event. Since cameras are not allowed for all events, please call Ticket Star at 800.895.0071 in advance for more information.
In-house Catering
The Catering Company is the Resch Center’s award winning food and beverage company. For menu and catering needs contact laura.allen@pmiwi.com.
Fan Courtesy
We ask that all of our patrons demonstrate fan courtesy when attending events at the Resch Center. Improper conduct, including profane or abusive language and throwing objects, may result in ejection from the building. Repeated offenses could result in the loss of ticket privileges.
First Aid Locations
First aid facilities are available near section 211 on the upper level. Please ask the nearest usher or event staff person for assistance.

Ticket Star gift certificates are available at the Resch Center box office or by phone at 800.895.0071
Lost Children
Our staff has a detailed communication plan in case of a lost child. Child will remain with event staff until parents are located. If you are looking for a lost child or need assistance of any kind, please contact any of our Resch Center event staff members.
Lost & Found
Lost and found is located in the Resch Center box office. Articles are kept at the office for 30 days. For more information, please call 800.895.0071.
Parking
Parking is located at Lambeau Field. The parking lot can be accessed from Lombardi Avenue or Oneida Street. ADA/Handicapped parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and subject to parking fees as they apply. Be sure to review our Brown County Veterans Memorial Complex parking policy located in the "Plan Your Visit" section on this site.
Re-entry Policy
Some Resch Center events have a no re-entry policy. Once you leave the building during those events, you will not be permitted to return. Please be sure to ask one of the service staff members before leaving the building if you will be able to return.
Phones
Select guest services staff members offer free cell phone services for patrons. Please ask a staff member if you need to use a phone.
Refunds
Ticket Star cannot offer refunds for any ticket purchases unless the event has been cancelled by the tour.
Security Policy
The Resch Center creates a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. Venue security personnel reserve the right to determine the method of security checks deemed necessary, including the use of metal detectors and the search of clothing and other items.
Smoke-free Building
The Resch Center is a smoke-free building. Smoking inside may result in ejection from an event and/or an actual citation. The Resch Center has a designated outdoor smoking area for your convenience.
Special Needs
If you and your companion require special needs or ADA accessible seating, please call Ticket Star at 800.895.0071 or visit the Resch Center box office or any of the Ticket Star locations to ensure we can accomodate your needs. Tours
The Resch Center provides group tours of the arena on a limited basis. For more information and availability, contact terry.charles@pmiwi.com
Box Office Hours
Monday - Friday: 11am - 5pm
Day of Events: Until 8pm
Saturday & Sunday: The Resch Center Box Office will be staffed on Saturdays and Sundays only if the Brown County Veterans Memorial Complex (Resch Center, Shopko Hall, Brown County Arena) has an event or on-sale.
REMEMBER: Ticket Star has tickets available for purchase 7 days a week through our website at www.ticketstaronline.com.
Will Call tickets are available to be picked up at the Resch Center Box office any business day prior to the day of the event during Resch Center Box office hours.
On the day of the event, Will Call Tickets will be available at the box office two hours prior to the start of the event.
